t-mobile is fine/ good. BUT their employees are great! I don't usually review these types of services - but I appreciate when a customer service agent is kind and patient! Josh B was very attentive and used extreme patience as we decided which program we wanted. I appreciate the great customer service. thank you T-mobile

I switched to this carrier because my ATT was not reaching out in enough areas. I was really pleased at first, but now I found when I am at the hospital, I have no reception The staff are all very well trained and helpful. They are always eager to answer my questions and always have the answers. I like this place
