I brought my Nissan Rogue to AG Auto Care after the overhead console suddenly fell down—likely due to heat and poor design, as confirmed by the service department at Torre Nissan.
Both Torre Nissan and Palm Springs Nissan quoted me $350 just to replace the unit! Mind you, this is for a part that likely shouldn’t have failed in the first place.
Thankfully, AG Auto Care stepped in. They were honest, helpful, and handled the issue quickly without charging me an outrageous amount. I truly appreciate their integrity and willingness to help when the dealership wouldn’t.

“We called Break Master’s and Gary came right over with some new rotors and brake pads and he fixed our car very quickly and now they work perfectly, what else can I say he saved us a ton of hassle going to the big dealerships, came right to our house, was polite and courteous and did a great job. Do yourself a favor and stop wasting extra $$$ on dealerships who do the job, but pay inexperienced kids to do the job who make mistakes and make you wait for hours AND DRIVE TO THEM, when you could have a professional with decades of experience do it and for AND for cheaper. No brainer. Have faith in Gary and his crew, they do a great job ?”
“WOW!! OUTSTANDING customer service. I have been a Customer Service Manager for 34yrs at a major utility company. I have NEVER seen such awesome service as I just experienced at Mountain View Tires in Palm Desert! I got a flat on the freeway and limped my car a couple miles to their store. They immediately said they would help me I needed to leave my car overnite so they could order the tire for the next day. They even gave me a ride back to where I was staying ( 20 miles away) Luis went above and beyond helping me. I made it complicated but Luis was on top of it assuring me they could fix my car. They did put on a new tire and and completely inspected my car. I had to go out of town and they were kind enough to let me leave my car there and they brought it into the shop every night as a safety precaution. My final bill was outrageously affordable. This was the best customer service I have EVER experienced!! Thank you all at Mountain View Palm Desert. I appreciate you guys so much!!”
“Took a little while to get an open lane. This one in Palm Desert has rather touchy gas dispensers. I was only able to fill up to 3/4 of a tank before shutting off. Clean and the attendant was monitoring traffic.”

“Their auto department has always been helpful and friendly. When I called Costco, they said they had my battery. Went to Costco. Then they said they didn't. Went to Sam's they had it right away! Also got s screaming deal on my tires there. Put it on my nee Sam's club credit card and got another $60 in credit for my purchase. These guys are legit! And the wait is never as long as the dealer. Now if the would just do oil changes!”
