About Alamo Rent A Car
Alamo Rent A Car at Palm Springs Airport provides great service and is a go-to rental company for many customers. The process of renting a car goes fairly well, with friendly and understanding staff. They are noted for amazing service, ensuring everything is smooth. The company is helpful in various situations; they kindly upgrade vehicles when a chosen model is unavailable and will switch out a car if there is an issue, such as a bad smoke smell in a previous rental. They also hold reservations for 24 hours, which saved customers who were late. Staff are noted for being very friendly, offering discounts and ensuring the replacement vehicle is acceptable. While most experiences are positive, some minor issues are reported, such as a paid-for Sirius XM radio not working in one rental. Overall, customers report the cars are clean and drive great. Many state they will definitely use Alamo again, becoming customers for life after experiences where other companies, like Budget, failed them. Alamo is recommended as the way to go for rental cars.

Car rental at Alamo at PSP was excellent. Quick and efficient staff both on pick up and drop off. Got the car I reserved (which doesn’t always happen with other rental agencies). And I loved the pre check in - made pick up a breeze!
