“Excellent service from the initial reservation for a larger capacity vehicle through changes due to airline schedule changes and reduced need for van that could accommodate 7 adults and all their baggage down to 6, more airline schedule changes and less passengers. The check in agent was excellent and had a great sense of humor and manages many interruptions with ease. Our vehicle was spotless, fit us well and in great condition. Drop of was excellent and extremely easy; just get out of your car and on your way and before we were 3 feet from the vehicle we were emailed our receipt.
