I called Sal, the manager of the Palm Springs Allen Tire Company. I explained my situation and he was kind enough to help me immediately with a new tire for my car. I have been a customer of his and Allen Tire for nearly thirty years. I always appreciate the friendly, excellent service I always receive from him and his crew!

Even though they were closed the employee was more than happy to come take a look at my vehicle and ended up finding the issue and fixing it within 10 minutes. (IWE issue) Thanks so much.”

“They aligned my 2002 Ford F-150 after we rebuilt the passengerside front suspension after a collision. (We installed basically everything new) I appreciate their help getting our truck road worthy again.
I only left 4 instead of 5 stars because they never told us the sway bar link was installed very loose. I'm sure they saw it when they were aligning the truck. Not sure why they didn't tell me or leave a note at least.
But I honestly would come back here as it is close to home, and they did in fact do a good job on the alignment ??”
“My car broke down on the way to San Diego the day before New Year’s so I had to take a ride on a flatbed back to the Desert with my car dropped it off at the shop didn’t think I was gonna hear for them or get my car back because of New Year’s and the next day it was done ready to go. I couldn’t believe it. I picked it up the next morning. I’m so happy the shop is great. It’s family owned and run. They’re very nice people and the prices are very fair.!! :)”

“I always go here for oil changes. They’re fast, don’t try to “up-sell” you, and they check all fluid levels/tire pressure. This last time they even fixed a piece of my bumper that had come loose. Good folks.”

“I live in SAN DIEGO I was visiting the desert and my temperature light came on that was occurring in SAN DIEGO as well but my service guy told me they checked it out and they couldn’t find an issue and then sure enough I get to the desert and have an issue so I called Mercedes-Benz of Palm Springs and they put me in touch with Mike on the service department. He said come over I checked out my car. He says you’re gonna have to leave it. I hate to tell you that but you can’t drive it home so I left it and rented a car being late Friday there is no way they can check it out at that point but Monday he got back to me and told me my fan motor needed replacing. I personally was relieved I didn’t feel like something expensive and the price he quoted me seemed pretty reasonable and so I authorize him to repair it, but I wasn’t coming back to the desert for a couple weeks and he said no problem. We’ll hold your car for you and then when I went to pick it up everything went really smooth like I’m used to with my home dealership so it’s nice to know. I now have two home dealerships between Mike and the desert and Ross and SAN DIEGO I’m in great hands so thank you Mike for all your help.”
