“Hooked me up with a pretty sweet deal on a good used tire when I was having an emergency however it was a bit, misleading as the building is made out of concrete, not tires making the name Tire Palace inaccurate in the future, I would like to see a palace made out of tires”

“They patched my tire this morning. I was a walk in. I was in and out in 15 minutes, maybe less, which was a blessing as I had just left another place that had told me an hour and a half, maybe two. Both Maya and the Service Tech (I forget to get his name) were fabulous, professional, and quickly addressed the issue. It was my first time there and I wish I had gone there when I replaced all my tires last year.”
“The headlight clinic is the real deal. My 2006 dodge charger is 20 years old and the headlights had 20 years of oxidation built up. Now they look crystal clear. The owner is very professional and did a great job.”

“Very honest place! First time being serviced by them and it was great, very polite & respectful also took clear pictures of everything wrong with my vehicle. They fixed both my belts and I no longer hear a squeak as compared to another company I went to they charged me $150 and did not fix the issue and gave me a bs explanation on why the squeak was still there.
I believe the guy that helped me was named Bow but not too sure, he definitely took amazing care of my vehicle and will come back to this location next time.”

My experience purchasing a vehicle from Lexus of Orange Park was outstanding, and a large part of that was because of our sales consultant, Cherry Moore.
From my initial inquiry through the completion of the purchase, Cherry was professional, patient, courteous, and extremely responsive. We had quite a bit of back-and-forth during the process, and I especially appreciated that she never made us feel pressured. She answered our questions honestly, explained the numbers and fees clearly, and repeatedly went to management on our behalf trying to put together a deal that worked.
What impressed me most was Cherry's attitude throughout the entire process. Even when we were apart on price, she remained respectful and continued working with us. She also made my daughter feel comfortable during the test drive and genuinely seemed interested in helping us find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale.
In the end, my daughter drove home in the 2026 Toyota Corolla SE she really wanted, and we couldn't be happier with the vehicle.
Cherry represented Lexus of Orange Park exceptionally well. If you're shopping for a vehicle there, I highly recommend asking for Cherry Moore. She earned our business and, more importantly, earned our trust.
