“The team at Southside Euro are excellent. I felt confident I was making the right choice during my initial contact. Service Advisor Christian was easy to communicate with and shared with me the name of the specialist (Greg) who would be servicing my BMW. I would highly recommend my friends to them if the need arises. Ed”

“Highly recommend Victor for your salesman, if you’re going to be buying at MazdaCity at Orange Park ! Victor is a very smart, kind salesman! He was not pushy at all! He made sure to tell us all about the process, the perks, the benefits of Mazda, discounts, finance options …. etc ! We bought a (Mazda 3) Pearl White just off the truck! The deal went through so smoothly and was very fair in negotiations! Quite happy with the outcome and glad to be a part of the Mazda family now ! Woo Hoo 🙌🏻 Thanks Victor we will be back I’m sure ! 👍🏼 Gods blessings !”

“Caleb at Jiffy Lube provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was incredibly efficient. I was in and out faster than expected forcing me to lose the mobile chess match I thought I had time for. But hey, these are the spoils of war when testing what can be done in a Jiffy.”

“Hooked me up with a pretty sweet deal on a good used tire when I was having an emergency however it was a bit, misleading as the building is made out of concrete, not tires making the name Tire Palace inaccurate in the future, I would like to see a palace made out of tires”

“Honest guys, brought my 2008 pilot in. Did an all point inspection & told me what it absolutely needed, what it could use, & what it probably didn’t need to keep running. They could have easily ran up a bill on me but didn’t. Will be taking back all my vehicles to them”

“This is the best shop and group of professionals to work with if you own a high-maintenance car like me. (Range Rover Sport) Matt is the BEST! They provide exceptional service consistently for all of our import vehicles in the family. They are particularly wonderful for work on Mercedes and Volkswagen. I've been using them for over 5 years with two different vehicles. Saves me a fortune by avoiding the dealership. :)”

“Outstanding Experience with Cherry Moore!!! My experience purchasing a vehicle from Lexus of Orange Park was outstanding, and a large part of that was because of our sales consultant, Cherry Moore. From my initial inquiry through the completion of the purchase, Cherry was professional, patient, courteous, and extremely responsive. We had quite a bit of back-and-forth during the process, and I especially appreciated that she never made us feel pressured. She answered our questions honestly, explained the numbers and fees clearly, and repeatedly went to management on our behalf trying to put together a deal that worked. What impressed me most was Cherry's attitude throughout the entire process. Even when we were apart on price, she remained respectful and continued working with us. She also made my daughter feel comfortable during the test drive and genuinely seemed interested in helping us find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. In the end, my daughter drove home in the 2026 Toyota Corolla SE she really wanted, and we couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Cherry represented Lexus of Orange Park exceptionally well. If you're shopping for a vehicle there, I highly recommend asking for Cherry Moore. She earned our business and, more importantly, earned our trust. Thank you, Cherry, for making the experience a great one. Five stars!”

“This place is usually very busy. I called Weds and spoke to Mike planning to make an appointment a month out. He told me stop by Friday afternoon and he'll check my sunroof drain for me when I said what issue I had. He did just that, quickly blew them out. Pointed out the water was draining now. Mike was very positive and welcoming on the call and in person.”

“I wanted to wait to make sure it cured, like he said it would. I went in Saturday. He squeezed me in. Replaced my rear and back driver side tint. It was a perfect match. He did it quickly. He says that it’s not always that easy, so he doesn’t quote a time. I don’t think I was there more than an hour. From what I can tell, no damage to the rear defrost. He asked for a review, and I think he deserves this one. It cured great. Thanks for knocking it out!”

“Jeff and the guys at Sandalwood Car Care have had my 2010 F-150 since I bought it used in 2020. This is a special truck to me because I got it for a great deal, it was well maintained, and it had super low miles. They have been the only mechanics to service my truck since the first day I brought it to them. They always keep it real and never try to upsell me. Some issues cant be totally diagnosed in one visit and they keep it fair with me if I am coming back for a reoccurring issue. Its an old truck. Thanks for keeping my loyalty and keeping my truck going. I would love to pass the truck to my kid in a few years so I hope to continue the good business. Thanks Sandalwood.”

“Honest, fair, estimated repair cost was first given after the mechanical problem was diagnosed, and before any work was started. I proceeded with the repair. The car is now running perfectly fine. I am certain the Porsche dealer would have wanted to charge me many times more. I believe Argos is both more trustworthy and reliable than the Porsche dealer. I plan to move to Jacksonville soon, and Argos will now be have my trusted go-to mechanic. I highly recommend them.”

“Just want to give shout out to the manager on site(forgot his name: great in explain and getting things done), Ryan and Rich who did an amazing job on the tires. They tried to fix the problem but the tire hole was in place it couldn’t be fixed. I was late for my appointment, but they still accommodated me and got it done. Great customer service, they kept me informed in person as well as via text. I would recommend this place to anyone. The tire replacement was well worth it and they even gave me discount being in healthcare. Again, great job on winning over long term customer here! Thank you again: the manager on site, Ryan and tech: Rich! Hope you guys get a shoutout and raise! P.S: not paid by them or using A.I here. True customer who went in and got first hand experience.”
