Courtyard Palm Springs is a nice, solid hotel a little away from the main street. It is very well maintained, with clean rooms, though some have an odd layout. The hotel offers a great dining area and bistro with a big menu, serving amazing breakfast options like blueberry pancakes, but no restaurant breakfast is offered. The pool is nice, lit, and clean, and there is a basic gym. The staff is friendly, helpful, polite, and terrific. There are plenty of options in the hotel to end the evening. However, the courtyard is closed, hallways can be noisy, and there is a $10 parking fee. Some floors squeak, and balcony spaces are small. It is a simple, basic, average stay overall, a step up from a budget motel, perfect for an overnight or longer family stay.
A remodeled Courtyard near the center of downtown Palm spring and a short distance to the airport. Ideal location for anyone wanting to experience the center of the desert. Comfortable room, clean, and modern.

The desk attendant was very accommodating, the rooms were clean, and the food was great. No surprises, a very comfortable stay. Definitely would come back.
