“Probably one of the best resorts for men in Palm Springs. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool area is well appointed and maintained. You can easily spend all day relaxing without a care in the world. One area they simply excel is how friendly and wonderfully accommodating the staff are. They are truly the best and why I keep returning year after year.”

“A lovely hidden gem spot for brunch. Service was excellent and the food was awesome. Some of our orders got a little messed up and our waitress didn't put in our friend's chicken and waffle, but she made it right with a cocktail for him and fresh baked cookies for the table. The vibe was really cool and we loved the beaded necklaces we were all given to wear. It was a really nice touch! I'll definitely be back!”

“The only hotel I stay at in Palm Springs. Everything about Villa Royale is absolutely perfect - the staff are so kind, so welcoming, so helpful and proactive and greet you genuinely and check you in easily and offer you a welcome drink. The ambiance of the hotel is stunning, the vibe they have curated is really next to none. It's sleek and modern but not stuffy and looks just really cool. My favorite thing to do is hang out by the pool, where you can order lunch and snacks and drinks and enjoy the beautiful scenery! The music and misters also are a great touch. The rooms are so unique and beautiful designed and decorated. I've stayed in 4 or 5 different rooms now and each one I enjoyed. My favorite is the two bedroom villas because it's perfect to share with another couple while having the privacy and space you desire. I love this hotel so much, we stay here every August for our anniversary because it's that special. Highly recommend!”

“I stayed here for a night after accidentally not booking seven nights at Desert Paradise Resort. They were so warm and kind towards me at 2:00 AM in the morning. I appreciated that they were open 24/7 as I would have caught hypothermia if I stayed outside. The graveyard Receptionist answered my endless questions and reassured me I was going to be ok. In the morning, the manager offered me breakfast. While I had to go, I was touched by their hospitable spirit. Thank you for saving my life!”

“After a scary drive in from the LA flash floods over the weekend, Mariah was an absolute SAINT. So sweet, accommodated me with a check in quickly, and walked me through amenities offered that would allow me to unwind: bar, room service, hot tub! Her presence turned my whole mood around and I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you Mariah! :)”

“It used to be a great place to go with my Corgi. Not anymore. They changed their pet policy last Christmas, now it is under 30 lbs, $100 per stay. (No pet fee, no weight policy before that). I don't understand, it was a pet paradise for dog lovers and clearly nearly everyone had at least one dog. I asked if it was because of any mess they created, people working on site said no and didn't understand as well. That's sad.”

“We just spent our 50th anniversary at the Willows. We had spent last year’s anniversary at the Willows, and we enjoyed it so much we wanted to return. The Willows is a bucket list level place to enjoy, having so much history that it’s almost hard to soak it all in. We were in the Rose room, and it was more than worth it. Thanks to Nicole, Grace and Mia for making our stay so great and so much fun.”

“Clean, and friendly service, but poorly soundproofed, noisy and very minimalist. Fulfills its hosting function but nothing more.Rooms: No particular attention is paid to the ambiance or comfort in the rooms.”

“I really enjoyed this small boutique hotel. The vintage decor and property has an updated euro boutique hotel feel. Breakfast is served daily with a tasty continental variety to include homemade pastries (sweet touch) and in the evening the heated pool and jacuzzi centered in the hotel are lit up with excellent ambient lighting. There is a locked gate to enter the hotel and many cameras offer security. The cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory and the staff was very friendly. The owner is a very kind, hospitable person and was available around the clock for support during my stay. I have visited coachella valley many times and am glad I found this gem conveniently located close to downtown Palm Springs. I will keep this spot in mind for future trips and would recommend this stay to a friend.”

“The setting is beautiful at the ranch as well as in and around the ranch house. Lunch was buffet style and the selection was heavy on salads. All in all, nice for a one time experience.”

“If you are after pool parties and loud music then there are other places in Palm Springs that will meet your needs. The Coyote Inn is an 8 room boutique hotel in the tranquil racket district, the premises is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The pool area is incredibly relaxing with views to the San Jacinto mountains and playful hummingbirds dart around. I travelled with my brother and after wandering around various restaurants and bars it was a pleasure to come back to this little haven.”

“Absolutely authentic mid-century modern enclave of peace and quiet. Genuine customer care and Orbitini Hour is the rage. Walking distance to all is the icing on the cake.”

“I stayed at the Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs for a work conference, and it was a sleek, modern lodging option with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. When I stepped into my room, I noticed it was very well appointed with grey and sage accents, two comfy queen beds, and lots of natural light coming in. There was a pretty large desk across from the beds, if you're needing to get some work done (which I did), and a nice little comfy chair by the window if you want to sit more in the sun light and read/check emails/day dream. Another appreciated touch was that the bedside table had two outlets on it and two USB outlets. Something weird about that, though, was that I noticed the cosmetic outlet plate cover was hanging off the wall. Nothing dangerous, just something weird I noticed. The bathroom had all the amenities you'd need, including a makeup towel, toothpaste, and a robe! The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were large bottles in the shower, so if you're weirded out by sharing in that fashion, I would bring your own toiletries. We held a few of our team meetings/meals on the rooftop, and the design and view up there was fantastic. There were comfortable sectional wicker benches (which were great for breakout sessions), and overhangs that were trellised to block some of the sun, but not all of it. As I mentioned, there were a lot of shops, restaurants, and activities within walking distance of the Kimpton. We were able to walk to and eat one of our team meals at LuLu California Bistro, and also had one of our dinners catered at the Kimpton's own "4 Saints" - and those options were both excellent. There is also a Starbucks right down the road from the Kimpton if you want to get away and do some work/have a latte, not in your room. Nearby actives include the Forever Marilyn giant sculpture, the "Love Letters" (PS Hearts U), and the Palm Springs Art Museum, along with tons of shops like Tommy Bahama, H&M, and Balboa Candy (our favorite that we stopped in!) It's not the cheapest hotel by any means, but if you're looking for a pretty nice option in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, definitely give consideration to the Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs.”

“Relaxing, calming and zen. After many prior stays in Palm Springs we discovered the Sparrows Lodge. A wonderful experience from the first moment inside. The environment, staff, rooms, drinks and common areas were perfect. We expect to return for many more stays and experience the food.”

“I was surprised by the small size of this place. It's only 15 rooms and basically just around the pool, which makes it feel special to stay. The pool & hot tub are readily accessible, so is sunlight. There is always some nice music playing.”

“Great location, very close to downtown Palm Springs and all its attractions. Had great view of mountains and landscape. Clean room, good amenities only down side is the additional charge to get rooms cleaned and parking. Extra points for the cute handwritten note to welcome us for our stay!Rooms: Rooms are decent sized. Wished it came with at least one complementary room service and the rest is charged. Parking could be cheaper, the lot was never filled to capacity don’t understand why it’s $15/nightNearby activities: Lots to do!Safety: Very safe area in PS.Walkability: Close to lots of coffee shops, stores and downtown.”

“The extended family has been spending a week in July here for forty years! My husband and I have been joining them for the last 15 years and have seen numerous updates and consistent maintainence of the rooms and lovely flowering landscape throughout the bungalows and in front of the hotel rooms.. We have stayed in the large hotel rooms with large bathrooms and full kitchens, as well as the one story bungalows grouped around the family pools. We enjoy hanging out at the adult pool behind the fabulous Spencer's where you can get cocktails from the bar if you cover your swimsuit. Great place for a getaway.”
