The contact with the owner was excellent and very quick. Mark was very nice and polite.
The studio is nicely and very relaxingly decorated. The amenities deserve a huge positive shout-out – a kettle, makeup remover supplies, and a wide selection of drinkware.
The studio was very clean and comfortable.
You can really feel at home here!

“The Orbit In is one of the most unique hotel's you can find. The caretaker, Brian, is extremely accommodating and very nice. The rooms are spacious and amazingly original. They have complimentary bikes you can use to pedal around downtown (which only a BLOCK away) or to the Art Museum (only TWO blocks away). And if you're not relaxed enough they have a daily poolside Orbit-ini Hour with free cocktails and retro music. I cannot get back to this place soon enough, and you would be lucky to stay here. The ONLY feedback I could possibly think of is to clean the pool a little more often. Thank you to the Orbit-In for a stay I won't soon forget! See you again soon.”
“You guys are so accommodating, me and my cousin came for her birthday. Very hidden gem, the bed was super cozy and spacious. The pool was also relaxing to enjoy the atmosphere. The bicycles were a plus, ? super cute. I definitely will be telling my family and friends where they should stay when they visit palm springs.”

“Truly one of the best spots to stay in Palm Springs. Just a block from downtown. It's totally walkable, even in the 120°F July heat LOL Spent the hottest part of the day chilling in the pool, then took advantage of the free bike rentals to explore town once the sun went down. Every staff we encountered was sweet. Highly recommend this property!”

“We had bed bugs in the bed. Then there were ants in the bathroom. Took hours to get into a different room and we should have gotten some type of refund. Only if I would have known this would be the last trip I would take with my mom I definitely would have made a BIG FUSS. It's unfortunate because going on this trip is what got her out of the hospital. Something to look forward too. We got zero perks or discounts”

“Smoke Tree Ranch is such a cool hidden property located in the desert I can admit I was fully unaware of its existence. I stumbled upon it due to purchasing tickets for a recent show that took place in their Disney hall room on the property. Reading up on the smoke tree ranch it's a property that has housed some legendary stars and celebrities over the years. The property consists of homes and a hotel with cottages that span the desert landscape. It appears this property is used to host private events and weddings overall. I didn't stay at the hotel/cottages but it looked very cute and off the grid in the sense that you just come to have some relaxation, hike, and to utilize their different sports facilities on site. The Disney hall was a small little venue but perfect for the event I came for. I liked that they had staff service with some small bites presented and they opened up a bar area in the lounge. Very cute area for hosting small gathering or talks. I really enjoyed this property and will keep my eyes open to see what other events may be held here in the future as the vibes were good and it was a very private, intimate setting.”

“This gem has it all. Beautifully appointed rooms with every detail thoughtfully considered for your comfort, centrally located a very short walk to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Palm Springs, yet on a quiet, peaceful residential street. The pool is peaceful and refreshing with plenty of shade and sun options, beautiful gardens and even a bbq available for grilling. Spencer's is walking distance to round out the classic PS experience. Our room was impeccably clean. WiFi was fast, with a desk for working and plenty of room to relax and comfortable furniture. I've stayed in many of the boutique hotels, air BNBs and hotels in PS as well as the surrounding areas, and Amin Casa is my favorite. I highly recommend staying at Amin Casa, you will love it!”

“I was originally planning to go to the Hacienda at Warm Sands before Covid, but then Covid hit and I had to cancel and the trip was postponed. I'm glad I finally had the chance to go! Elegant and charming service with laid-back style was the norm. The staff is truly exceptional and it was fun meeting other guests at the pool. Many fine restaurants were within a 10 minute or less drive. It was definitely worth the travel from the east coast and will definitely go back in the future.”

“We love this hotel! Beautiful Spanish style suites with a nice pool and lounge chairs in the middle area! Also--the restaurant was soo tasty and the staff was amazing. Close to downtown and coffee shops, 10/10!”
“Stayed five nights here and loved that it was in the quieter area of Palm Springs. The coffee and ice cream shop next store was such a nice treat. The pool and hot tub was also a highlight as were the other facilities.
Our check-in was definitely a bit rough. Keys didn’t work (had to change rooms), sink wouldn’t drain, shower faucets were a bit finicky (if not installed backwards) but the staff was very accessible over text message.
I’m only going to single out one male staff who was obviously annoyed with everyone and everything.
Other than that, a great hotel :)”

“This is truly an experience! My husband and I stayed here at The Willows for his 75th birthday! It was as if we were in paradise. The rooms were period perfect for 1928 yet very up to date. It was surprisingly peaceful and serene. There are very few rooms so the privacy is huge and the noise is almost non existent. The sounds of birds chirping and trickling water is very common on the grounds. It was as if we were a guest at someone's luxury mansion.
There is private and safe parking and the staff are very kind and accommodating. The 3-course complimentary breakfast was served in a beautiful dining area with the view of a stunning rock wall will a waterfall. The food was fantastic. There is also a complimentary wine and appetizer hour that is sensational!
We will definitely be back again to this hidden gem! We loved it!!!!”

“Honestly, I was blown away by this place. I wasn’t expecting much, but it turned out to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was basic but very clean, and the bed was super comfy. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was important for me. What made the stay special was the staff. They were so kind and helped me arrange a last-minute tour and even stored my bags after checkout. Breakfast was simple but tasty. For the price I paid, it was a steal. Great for budget travelers who still want comfort.”
