Alcazar Palm Springs is a hidden gem and charming boutique hotel in a quiet yet fantastic location, walking distance to downtown. The beautiful grounds are built around a pleasant, heated pool and lovely hot tub, with several shady sitting areas. The resort is not overly crowded. Rooms are described as clean, with some being modern, quiet, and spacious with a lush, cozy bed, a spacious bathroom, and a private patio or balcony offering stunning, amazing views. However, some rooms are noted as not as pictured, being older, very dated, and having incredibly thin walls. Both the on-site breakfast and dinner restaurants are very good, with yummy breakfast croissants. The staff are consistently noted as nice, attentive, kind, welcoming, and helpful. Additional pluses include complimentary bicycles and easy parking. Many guests state they definitely plan to return.
You guys are so accommodating, me and my cousin came for her birthday. Very hidden gem, the bed was super cozy and spacious. The pool was also relaxing to enjoy the atmosphere. The bicycles were a plus, 👌 super cute. I definitely will be telling my family and friends where they should stay when they visit palm springs.

Older, but charming boutique hotel. Both breakfast and dinner restaurants on site are very good. Very walkable to down town PS.

Delightful hotel in a quiet area walking distance to the lively downtown. Our room was clean, modern and quiet with its own patio. The hotel is built around a pleasant swimming pool with several shady sitting areas. We are definitely going back.
