Alcazar Palm Springs is a hidden gem and charming boutique hotel in a quiet yet fantastic location, walking distance to downtown. The beautiful grounds are built around a pleasant, heated pool and lovely hot tub, with several shady sitting areas. The resort is not overly crowded. Rooms are described as clean, with some being modern, quiet, and spacious with a lush, cozy bed, a spacious bathroom, and a private patio or balcony offering stunning, amazing views. However, some rooms are noted as not as pictured, being older, very dated, and having incredibly thin walls. Both the on-site breakfast and dinner restaurants are very good, with yummy breakfast croissants. The staff are consistently noted as nice, attentive, kind, welcoming, and helpful. Additional pluses include complimentary bicycles and easy parking. Many guests state they definitely plan to return.
Location is excellent. Some cheap work done in the rooms but overall it's clean and easy. The jacuzzi is super hot and comfy. Loved my stay here in downtowns Palm Springs.

It’s absolute total vibe and the mattress unbelievably comfortable restful my first time here and definitely won’t be my last. Will come back. Love it. Love it. Love it. Great service great attitudes good energy.

Was here for two nights last year. Fantastic staff, great location, lovely pool and simple parking. Would absolutely stay here again on our return.
