I had a wonderful experience at the Home Depot paint department thanks to Robbin and Kenny. They were so incredibly helpful, patient, and creative while helping me choose and match custom colors. Remodeling and picking out paint palettes can feel overwhelming, but they took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Kevin J. was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the different types of flooring, as well as the entire process involved with having new flooring installed. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel rushed. His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help really stood out.
What impressed me even more was that I had some additional questions about things outside of the flooring department, and Kevin was still able to answer those as well. His knowledge went well beyond his department, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about helping people. He went above and beyond what I would have expected from an associate, and that made a lasting impression on me.
