“The two big nationwide home improvement stores are the reason I’m now a new customer of this Ace Hardware. Why? We purchased a Schlage lock from one of the two big nationwide home improvement stores. They tried but couldn’t rekey it. We went to the other nationwide home improvement store. They thought they could rekey it, but the person wasn’t working that day or any day we visited. So we returned the Schlage lock and purchased the same Schlage lock at this Ace Hardware, but at a lower price. They didn’t have one person in key & lock department, they had THREE people working, but it only took one of them to rekey the lock. Better yet, no charge, since I purchased the new lock there. “Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man” & has won over this customer.”

Eventhough I did, he helped me right away and had the part I needed along with additional information around the part, if I needed that as well. I am very appreciative of the willingness to help last minute. He even helped another customer shortly after me. I will absolutely return.”

“The Home Depot is always an enjoyable shopping experience. They have such an incredible stock of Home items things for the inside the outside of the home do-it-yourself even a huge selection of gift cards and you're able to actually use your credit card to purchase them with. I would recommend a nice stroll around the Home Depot especially during the hot weather when you have plenty of time to spend looking. Now that we are at Christmas time the store is so beautifully decorated and the selection of trees living trees outside other trees inside holiday ornaments decorations everything that you could possibly want and at very good prices. There is always someone to help carry the items for you out to your car and everyone is in a good holiday spirit and my shopping experience as always was great. I also enjoy going to the Home Depot when I get there ads to see some of the new products that they have so many of these things of course and thousands more available on their website but it's always really special to take a look and see what what's actually there and I just went in today and found something that I needed and picked it up
I wanted to add to it some additional things that I have found very useful at the Home Depot and one thing that I didn't know they sold even though I worked there a few years is bird seed in big tubs I have substantial Birds and the live in my tree and I'm going through a lot and normally I would go elsewhere to a membership warehouse but because of the closeness I thought well I'll go give it a try”

We consulted with Darin about several color schemes and with his help, came up with a plan we are very excited about. We've never been to a paint store with a Color Advisor on staff and it made all the difference.”

“This is our local Lowe's and we go regularly. Actual DIY items are being replaced by seasonal decor and other less useful items. Staff help is patchy - - like most places, but staff are extremely friendly. Overall it's OK, but half the time they don't have everything for a project and we also have to go to Home Depot across the street.”
