“I was visiting Palm Springs and found this shop downtown. They have an incredible selection of Japanese kitchen wear and knives. The two gentlemen working there were very helpful and knowledgeable. I saw a Shun knife that I really liked and was able to try it out and loved it, but couldn't take it on my carry on luggage. They offered to ship it to me a no charge so I couldn't resist. If you are ever in Palm Springs you should definitely stop by this wonderful store.”

“This crystal store is so much more than just shiny rocks. The staff was filled with knowledge. They carry incense, books, posters, wall tapestries, and a giant array of crystals. They even have palm readings, tarot card readings, and I believe a spiritual medium was there. I can't say enough great things about this unique and fascinating shop, it's no surprise they have been open since 1987. There is an ATM just inside the door for you if you find something you can't live without but didn't plan on buying. The giant amethyst is worth seeing even if your not into crystals. Easy 5 star on this one.”
“Went walking through Palm Springs and I seen this Rare Coin Store. I walked in with my boyfriend and son and we were greeted right away by Ken. We are a blended family and sometimes I notice how some people treat us negatively but Ken never made us feel in welcome. He was so nice. The store was not only clean but well organized. While we were looking in the store he was knowledgeable and helpful sharing more information about the items we were looking at. I felt like a kid in a candy shop and he was so patient with everything I was asking to get a better look at. He seen how much I liked the items and he actually had something super rare. He brought out a $100,000 bill!!!! It was way out of my price range but he was so nice about it he gave us the history on it and let me take a picture with it! I was so mind blown. I never thought I would see anything like it in my life let alone be able to hold it. Definitely will be back soon to purchase more items. Thank you so much Ken I can't tell you how much it meant to me being able to see what you had and hold that one of a kind bill.”
“Honestly the nicest people I've ever experienced in a small mom and pop owned retail store and unfortunately I've been in there with nasty customers... I felt bad for the owners/employees. Then I see their horrible reviews and it breaks my heart to see them. That's why I don't trust reviews because the places I've seen get bad reviews I have a great experience in and vise versa. Seriously, check this place out and as long as you're a decent person you'll have a great experience and a new favorite place to shop in palm springs.”
“My parents had been customers for many years and referred me to Smoke Tree Jewelers in 2010 to get batteries replaced in a couple of my watches and I have been a return customer ever since. Marisa and Jeremiah are amazing. Their customer service and attention to detail are second to none. It doesn't matter how big or small the job you need done is, they are sincerely happy to help and are completely trustworthy. A couple years ago I chose a beautiful ring to serve as my engagement ring instead of a conventional one to a set. I knew I would have to customize a wedding band for it eventually. That day came a couple weeks ago and Jeremiah and Marisa couldn't have been more helpful. We worked diligently on a design as a quick turnaround was necessary. I picked up my ring today and absolutely love it! The final product came out more stunning than I could have ever imagined. I would never think of going elsewhere for any of my jewelry needs. ?”
“Beautiful work. Novem was patient with all the detailed requests that I had. He went above and beyond to find a particular stone to make the most perfect ring for my wife. His attention to detail, and his questions to assure that everything was exact to what I wanted made it even better. I gave my wife her ring today as a push present and an upgrade to her engagement ring, she was in awe with how beautiful it was. “My wife lost a stone out of her wedding ring, and she was pretty upset about it. We went in and Ed went through dozens of diamonds to find a match for the other two still intact. In only two days, he repaired the mount and the adjacent loose mount. Kristen called to come in and when we picked her ring up, Ed has also polished it, and it looked like brand new.
