My experience with U-haul has not been the greatest. Had to call U-haul regarding a hold on my rental which took forever beion hold forever. In the meantime Dottie gave me a fantastic cup of coffee free. After resolving the hold issue, got the trailer hooked up and went on my way. The trailer looks like new. Excellent condition. If you need a U-haul Dottie is most definitely the place to go!!”
