“I rented a Ford Flex from the PS airport and after a few days a purse handle somehow got stuck in the rear hatch latch making the rear hatch inoperable. I stopped in at this location to see if they could help fix the hatch and rescue the purse. No questions asked, they got to work and resolved the issue with hard work and ingenuity within 20 mins. They didn't ask for any compensation or anything. Big thank you to the staff at this location for helping me out!!!!!!”
