Parker Palm Springs is a literal oasis in the desert, a paradise and a wonderful, secluded, and relaxing resort. The property features a very cute desert bohemian theme and vintage interiors throughout, with a beautiful entrance and well-maintained, peaceful gardens. The hotel feels fresh and updated. The staff is incredibly attentive, accommodating, professional, friendly, and lovely, with an energy that is fun. Service is quick and staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The pool is relaxing and refreshing, with pool staff keeping the food and drinks coming. There is a peaceful adult pool and a smaller pool for children. The spa is massive with friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable, bougie, and spacious, though some layouts can be strange. While most experiences are amazing, there can be occasional hiccups with billing and communication during check-in, and charges for resort fees, parking, and a security fee are noted. Minor issues with lost items have occurred. Overall, it is a favorite resort, an incredible stay, and a place guests definitely plan to return to.

The property is gorgeous and every member of the staff was so wonderful during our stay. Tatiana did such an amazing job taking care of us, she truly went above and beyond to make our visit to the property super memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
