I was visiting from out of town and my regular CVS said that this location had my prescription in stock, but they didn't, and so Brandon called several other CVS locations until he found one that had my prescription in stock. Brandon then gave me the name of the person with whom he had talked, so that I could ask for this person when I arrived at the other CVS. Brandon is that rare combination of being both professional AND personable! CVS, give Brandon the day off with pay!”

“The exceptionally kind pharmacy staff went out of their way to obtain a medication they don't usually carry, and that was not even due for a refill yet. And this was just 10 minutes before they close at night! They had every reason to just say no, but they didn't. Without these pills, I cannot digest food and I was leaving town that night for a few days – so it was paramount that I get them as I my prescription had run out. THANK YOU for going above and beyond the call of duty, I wish all Pharmacy staff were this empathetic and amazing! ????”

It is slightly inconvenient that the online consent forms did not seem to show up ahead of my visit, but I was happy to fill out the paper form. My doctor's office received prompt notices of the immunizations.”

“I wish I remembered the tech's names that helped me. I remember her saying, "you have the boy version of my name." So maybe it was Ricky or Richenda, but I don't remember... I really wish i did. I was extremely embarrassed and I came in uninsured at the time. I was told the cost was over $500. I was shocked, and she appeared to be as well. But she really went out of her way (as did another tech) to help me find coupons online. The phrase "above and beyond" is fitting here. They found a coupon online and it literally cost me $9. Yes, from over $500 to $9.... Anyways, I am so beyond grateful for her/their help.... I just wanted to say, once again, THANK YOU!!!”

“I have been filling my many prescriptions at the same Walgreens since they opened 7 or 8 years ago...possibly more? Although I have had some problems who hasn't? They used to have a Pharmacist named Ryan and I would get a call from him or other person at the store about my prescription information that showed they really cared about me. Now they are very very busy especially since COVID & other crazy sicknesses. I need to be more patient and let some things just go, no one is perfect especially ME!!!!”
