I was visiting from out of town and my regular CVS said that this location had my prescription in stock, but they didn't, and so Brandon called several other CVS locations until he found one that had my prescription in stock. Brandon then gave me the name of the person with whom he had talked, so that I could ask for this person when I arrived at the other CVS. Brandon is that rare combination of being both professional AND personable! CVS, give Brandon the day off with pay!”

“This has to be the busiest pharmacy in Palm Springs, and these folks hustle. It's like air traffic control back there. You could never accuse them of slacking, that's for sure. Pharmacy workers have a tough job navigating doctors, patients and byzantine insurance policies, and the staff at CVS is great at this. Maybe you have to wait a little bit (you can use the barcode express line which sometimes speeds up the process), but they get you in and out as quickly as they can. Anyone who works that hard earns my respect.”
“I have had great experiences with this Walmart Pharmacy.The staff is always busy but they take the time to help and explain things, and are very knowledgeable about when a discount card might give a better deal than insurance coverage. I appreciate the hard work these folks do.”

They used to have a Pharmacist named Ryan and I would get a call from him or other person at the store about my prescription information that showed they really cared about me. Now they are very very busy especially since COVID & other crazy sicknesses. I need to be more patient and let some things just go, no one is perfect especially ME!!!!”
