“I wish I remembered the tech's names that helped me. I remember her saying, "you have the boy version of my name." So maybe it was Ricky or Richenda, but I don't remember... I really wish i did. I was extremely embarrassed and I came in uninsured at the time. I was told the cost was over $500. I was shocked, and she appeared to be as well. But she really went out of her way (as did another tech) to help me find coupons online. The phrase "above and beyond" is fitting here. They found a coupon online and it literally cost me $9. Even the smallest interaction is enough to make anyone forget they were having a bad day.”

They used to have a Pharmacist named Ryan and I would get a call from him or other person at the store about my prescription information that showed they really cared about me. Now they are very very busy especially since COVID & other crazy sicknesses. I need to be more patient and let some things just go, no one is perfect especially ME!!!!”

“Lets go to Ralph's Palm Springs!In one of my favorite well stretched out plaza/centers in Coachella Valley that I'll call the Sunrise Way Shopping Center (if it's not already named that).Typically clean, typically extremely personable and typically you will find what you need!Depending on the day of the week, like most grocers, this place gets shopped hard! I always keep in mind at any place after Sunday morning it could be slim pickings if any for certain items.I've stopped in during the day and at super late night and everyone is always helpful from start to finish. Parking is very easy as is cart access. Prices may very, but Kroger/Albertsons/Ralphs and others in co have a nice rewards app and program that can bring in some extra discounts and the occasional best customer savings which sometimes include a free item each month which come in handy when traveling. 89oz Simply Lemonade... don't mind if I do!I will say that navigating through this store can be a little odd with some departments being redesigned for a newer feel, but an awkward layout in some areas including some small isles.”

So I've been using this location of CVS for over 5 years now and have had an excellent experience since day one. And when I use their coupons and shop their sales, I find some great values there as well. I should have changed MUCH sooner!”
