“A Gem in Palm Springs - Roadrunner Print and Ship I've been a loyal customer of Roadrunner Print and Ship for several years, and I can confidently say that this establishment is nothing short of a hidden gem in Palm Springs. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism, courtesy of the incredible owners, Bob and Ben, along with their delightful staff. Having a corporate mailbox at Roadrunner has been one of the best decisions for my business. Not only is it convenient, but the peace of mind knowing that my mail is handled with utmost care is invaluable. Over the years, I've come to know Bob and Ben as not just business owners, but as community pillars who genuinely care about their clients and the local area. Their journey from starting this business from the ground up to becoming a cornerstone of the community is nothing short of inspiring. Whether I need branding materials, corporate letterhead, or any other print services, the quality and attention to detail they provide are unparalleled. Each project is treated with the same level of care and precision, ensuring that the end result always exceeds expectations. Beyond their professional expertise, what truly sets Roadrunner Print and Ship apart is the personal touch they offer. Bob, whom I also know from a local business group, is deeply committed to making Palm Springs a better place. His dedication to the community is unmatched, and it’s reflected in every interaction at Roadrunner. The most precious commodity they offer, however, is intangible – a warm greeting, attentive service, and even a friendly hug. These seemingly small gestures make all the difference in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. In conclusion, Roadrunner Print and Ship is not just a business; it's a community hub where exceptional service meets heartfelt care. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing the magic for yourself. Bob, Ben, and their team are sure to make you feel right at home.”

“I don't shop here but I do bring Amazon packages here for return quite often. The employees would get five stars because they do as well as they can with what sometimes looks like a slim staff. On occasion, one employee has to run between the register and Amazon return station. Otherwise it's a clean, well-lit store.”
