Staples in Palm Springs serves entrepreneurs, small businesses, remote workers, parents, teachers, and students with printing, shipping, technology, and office supplies. Many customers have enjoyed shopping there for years. The quality of service, however, can vary significantly based on staff availability and attitude. Positive experiences highlight staff who are great, polite, and offer seamless service with a smile. Associates are noted for being very nice, an asset to the team, and providing great customer service skills, such as helping with the store app to find savings. One associate was apologetic and immediately located a misplaced print order, turning a negative experience around. Unfortunately, negative experiences are also reported. Customers have encountered staff who are not at all pleasant and who do not care to help at all. Instances include being told to use self-service printers without assistance and staff being shabbily dressed. There are reports of stores seeming understaffed, with only two staff members present, leading to frustration when customers are unable to complete their transactions and leave very upset. This inconsistency means that while some visits are excellent, others can be deeply disappointing due to unhelpful employees.
Convenient location for me. Great place for office supplies and Amazon returns.

I don't shop here but I do bring Amazon packages here for return quite often. The employees would get five stars because they do as well as they can with what sometimes looks like a slim staff. On occasion, one employee has to run between the register and Amazon return station. Otherwise it's a clean, well-lit store.

I used to go there all the time and it was a very nice store. Is sad to say that online competition hit this store hard. The store looks neglected. Like I said, online competition has taken staples customers business. I wish the best for Staples.
