“It's better to make reservations online, even better if you use the U-Haul app. The staff has a tenancy to take breaks and not be at the office when you arrive and there is no way to call the office directly. Do as much as you can on the app, including check in, and that will speed up the process. Overall the customer service at this location was friendly and helpful, the truck was there in good condition and the prices were reliable.”
