Manager refused to abide by a court order when presented to him by customer. This is being reported out to the Court.

Bad customer service, they were unable to help me twice, after I gave them the info they shift the blame instead of doing the due diligence. Also it smalls like no body has mopped in a while. Managers please address accordingly.

I understand, they want to provide good customer service, but you also have to understand that if there is 10 customers waiting in line. Tell the customer you have to help the others instead of listening to their stories for 10 minues
