“We have three branches of Wells Fargo Bank in Palm Springs and I've been to all three of the branches they all seem to have a very nice staff some are larger than the others one is more designed for loans and other things another one is has more in the way of ATMs and services that are available on Saturday as well. I've found it I've received good service from Wells Fargo all but a few years ago I received a loan that was not as promised and that was difficult but you know that's individual people not telling you the truth sadly that happens anywhere that you go”
“The manager at this bank is Daniel Navarro. We have always dealt with Daniel since he was fairly new there and we trust him. Yesterday we dealt with Laura Calderon. Laura was amazing to work with regarding several services we required. We highly recommend this usbank branch mostly because of Daniel and Laura’s customer service.”
“This branch of Chase is so superior to any other bank that I’ve been to in my entire existence because of the personal relationship that two managers, assistant manager Jacynda Gutierrez and the main branch manager, Laura Harris developed with my wife and I during a very traumatic time when my wife’s mother passed away with estate issues. They made our lives so much easier with their guidance and knowledge through a financial quagmire. I cannot say enough about these two wonderful women and their dedication to their job as custodians to their customers both financially and as human beings. Thank you both so much for going above and beyond for us in our time of need! Chase has the right people in charge there!

“Went to this location on Ramon the other day to deposit some cash ...I use the ATM a lot go in every once in a while. I was surprised that there was at least 25 people in line on a Tuesday at around 1100 am. Atm was super busy also. From my observation it seemed more of the clientele that was making things move so slow. The tellers were very nice and the place was clean. It's kind of very sterile in my opinion...no furniture....not warm and inviting. Standing room only. But they are open and I appreciate that. Convenient since two other B of As are no longer open. Plenty of parking.”
“The staff is friendly and any time that I need to see a banker I do not end up waiting very long this time Matt help me out. The air conditioning is on point and there are usually no lines. Keep up the great work!”

There's really no way there to see a teller and if you need an appointment with the banker you can just call ahead and get one or you can walk in I'm very impressed with the outside decor and everything that they've done to this Heritage building”

“Located at the end of the Palm Canyon strip, the ATM sits up front on the main drag, while the multi floors of parking are on the back side, so it can be a hot walk around.”
“I was happy with my experience, but their online app and multiple fees are a bit off-putting. Unfortunately, they seem to be the only game in town, as far as credit unions are concerned. There are some bugs in the system, but I'm making it work. So, 4 stars out of 5... not bad.”
“I have been with Wells Fargo banks since 1998 and it varies according to each branch and where you are but the overall service has been very good and I found customer service when you call them have been very adequate and always ask if they've been able to take care of your needs. If you need to talk to a banker about a loan or something specific you really need to make an appointment before going in otherwise you could have a fairly long wait depending on staff availability”
