The price ended up being more costly than what the car was worth. We decided to say goodbye to the soul and Robert had waived the 95 dollar diagnostics fee. He is an honest guy and a very quick at his craft.”

“Jeff Purcell was very good at keeping me informed throughout the process, communicated well and was always available to answer my questions. One thing that really stood out to me was that Thorson was not like all of the other dealerships. Other dealerships were charging $5,000-$10,000 over MSRP for their trucks. Thorson understands that relationships and people mean more that opportunistic profits. Thorson has a customer for life and I have shared this example with several friends.
