βWe picked up a riding jacket for my Christmas gift. As usual great customer service, very patient and knowledgable staff helped us find just the right gear, and in the price range we were looking for.β
βI always like to go to the dealer for my van because they are the professionals that know the special needs for my 2016 Nissan Quest…with that being said I was impressed with the video visual assessment for the repairs that need to be done on my vehicle. Some things I would be able to handle myself however the big and more expensive stuff I would save for the professionals to take care of. They also didn’t charge me to fasten my splash guard back up (that I held together with zip ties) (I bought and provided the fasteners). So with that alone I would have rated 5 stars for sure…however I paid for a car wash that was not up to par. They were supposed to clean the inside windows (which apparently Ethan witnessed him doing) I do not doubt he saw him cleaning the inside windows but did not witness him doing the complete job. Therefore when I drove away I was making assessments myself of the job done and realized he did not clean the inside of the rear window because it still had a smudgy film (like a smokers film but I do not smoke). Also the cutout windows where I place my phone holder still had the markings from the suction cup. Trust me you know when a job is completed or not. We all do! The car wash itself was not very good because it didn’t even remove the bird messes on it. There was also grease smudges on my drivers side arm rest and grease marks on the floor mat. I did bring all this to Ethan when he requested me to evaluate the job and he offered me to come back and have it taken care of but honestly I don’t have the time or money for that so I told him I would take care of it myself. Since I could not make it back he told me that the next time I come in I could have my van cleaned again. When I purchased the additional car wash aside my oil change and check up was it offered cleaning the inside windows which I have a horrible time doing myself.
Regardless of this experience I will continue to have my van taken care of by AV Nissan because they are the professionals and know my vans needs!β

βFantastic spot, come here for my exhausts all the time. Had a catback, a full fab, and a repair. After checking the reviews I decided to leave one. I would absolutely go here to get my exhaust done for a fourth time and so on. The work is done well and efficient. If Iβm being honest hearing my car start up loud as h3Ll and sounding fantastic means more to me then how pretty a weld looks for an exhaust fabrication in the 130-200 range. They let you choose the angle and all while not taking long to complete a good job that Iβm still as happy hopping in my cars as I was the first time hearing it completed. Really cool wait room too. These guys even fixed my trunk, reliable place!β

They replaced the cam phasers clean and professionally. He kept me updated From diagnostic to project completion and recommended to do the necessary and not trying to sell me on random things.
Its been 4 months since the repairs and so far everything is going well.
I wouldn't let anyone else touch my truck after this experience.β

βJeff Purcell was very good at keeping me informed throughout the process, communicated well and was always available to answer my questions. One thing that really stood out to me was that Thorson was not like all of the other dealerships. Other dealerships were charging $5,000-$10,000 over MSRP for their trucks. Thorson understands that relationships and people mean more that opportunistic profits. Thorson has a customer for life and I have shared this example with several friends.

We had made several attempts at this auto zone and others including the dealer and we were not successful at getting the right breaks. Carlos was determined to help us and after a couple searches he found the breaks we needed. This was not an easy find due to vehicle package.

βI've tried other mechanics for my 1970 VW Beetle, and these guys are the best. My car has a stick automatic and very few people around Los Angeles know how to work on them. The mechanic prior to VV, looked at my transmission and said it couldn't be fixed, and suggested it be converted to a traditional stick.
Hal at VV took a look and quoted me $125 to get it working. He lived up to his word. The other mechanic said the car had another major issue. When I asked Hal to check on it, he said there was no issue. My car runs great now.β
βInstalled the rgb lights i ordered online. I called and took them the very next day. After looking at the lights real quick he told me he'd have it done in a few hrs. Honest guy, and will definitely go back to get my lift kit installed.β
