“I absolutely love my credit union! The First City Palmdale Branch is so wonderful! The staff at the branch from the manager to all the representatives are all very professional and very helpful. I am a forever First City member and will never be lured away by other banks. I have been very satisfied and happy the way I am being treated with kindness by all the Palmdale staff that I feel like I am a part of the family. I am a very happy member and I recommend First City to anyone needing responsive and superb customer service. “Double glass door for your protection, I love it here. j/k. They don't require you a ridiculous minimum balance like everyone else does. There's no monthly fee, no daily balance garbage policy. You can have a just a couple of bux and they still won't charge you penalty. And you don't have to pay for bank checks here, it's free. Don't ask for cashiers check that is not free but as long as you have a checking account. They will provide free bank check - completely free. They've been around since WWII so they've been doing just as good if not way better than any FDIC banks you go to.”
“Branch was empty today branch is clean only 2 tellers tho no lines which was great this branch has a lot of atms inside and outside only had 1 security branch is really convenient cuz it in av mall parking lot”

“I had the opportunity to be part of the Wescom family for 3 years. During that time, I have sought a personal loan, and auto loan through them. The process has always been quick and transparent. Their interest rates and additional perks are a major plus in why I continue to do business with them. Everyone at the branch office is friendly and eager to help. Also recently I had my son join Wescom and leave their major bank institution so he could also start a relationship and get the same service we are accustomed to. I would not go back to my other bank.”
“I was skeptical... Thought I should go to Logix for my Daughter's loan. Edwards rates were much better. The staff and loan team were amazingly patient with our situation; and explained the breakdown of the loan schedule when I was questioning the interest compounds. “Love it. Had a horrible time with Chase, just trying to get my elderly mother to set up an account... Chase required all kinds of absurd proofs of residency that an elderly person who just moved won't have. After 3 tries with Chase, I gave up... Called this Wells Fargo and talked to a nice guy named Daniel. He told me all I needed was two forms of ID from my mother, and the money to fund the account. We met with a great person who really took the time with my mother. She was very patient and kind. Even when my mother asked her for advice for a hair cut, she was super kind and took the time to ask around and tell her where she might get a good hair cut. :) 40 minutes or so later, we had mom's bank account setup. I should have come here first... I wasted 3 weeks with Case. This is a major win, and I'm considering moving my bank of america accounts over to wells fargo.”
