Embassy Suites by Hilton Palmdale is a great, very clean and spacious hotel. The rooms are extra clean, very spacious, updated, and quiet. The staff is excellent, super friendly, helpful, and amazing. The hotel offers a free complimentary breakfast that is great, delicious, and awesome, with notable omelets. Guests also receive two free complimentary drinks and can enjoy free appetizers at the restaurant and bar. The dinner and restaurant food are great, and room service is also great. The location is great with tons of food and shopping within walking distance, close to many shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking, and the lot is well-lit. The hotel features a bonfire area outside. Safety is good, with staff monitoring access, and the area feels very safe. The 12pm checkout is appreciated. Most guests would stay again and definitely recommend this hotel.
Flor and Bri are the best bartenders I’ve ever had, I wish they could be at every Hilton! The hotel is amazing, house keeping was every day! Anna always made sure I had towels and a clean room consistently. Arcelia and Adail in the kitchen had great pizza/food, the meals were perfect and convenient after a long day.
