“The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. My room was average. I do appreciate having a fridge in the room. Breakfast was great—I especially appreciated the option to order an omelet to my liking, the variety, and the real tableware instead of paper and plastic. That would be reason enough for me to book again. There’s plenty of parking close by, and there are lots of shops and food options just around the corner.”

“Wow! This has got to be the best Hilton Ive stayed at. 1st off, it looks to be recently upgraded OR they just take that good care of their hotel. The room was beautiful, large, and clean. The elevator hallway on our floor was decorated and had a quaint vibe to it. The breakfast was DELICIOUS. Seriously recommend upgrading to include breakfast. It isn't like other properties where its a buffet of microwaved eggs, potatoes, and sausage, they actually have a guy in the kitchen cooking up each order. The breakfast host/server was so sweet. Her name started with a J and I can't remember what it was. We sat in the jacuzzi and it was warm. The towels were super small but we only needed it to dry off so no big deal. Really enjoyed our stay here and totally recommend this hotel.”

“We checked in late yesterday after a very long flight and touring LA during the day. Vanessa made the check in super easy and fast, gave us a couple bottles of water and explained the layout of the hotel and breakfast options. There's an indoor pool at the property next door as well that customers can use. The hotel is right next to the main highway and you can hear it from the rooms..... But not that big of a deal unless you're a very light sleeper. Thanks Vanessa for the great client service. Much appreciated. The hotel is lucky to have a rockstar like you. They also have morning breakfast and Starbucks coffee. We're here for a girls soccer tournament and these guys are absolutely amazing. DAISY made my daughter yogurt and fruit before here game knowing and that she's vegetarian. We're in WOW of the service here. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. THANK YOU”

“I am very sensitive to noise when sleeping, I slept well even though the hotel is next to the freeway. Not sure why people are complaining about that or the 4pm checkin. I have travelled to almost every state and many countries and 4pm is normal. It’s either 3 or 4pm. It’s no big deal. Service is great. Will be back.”

“This hotel is nice and roomy. It's very clean too. I would have given it a 5 star except for one big reason. The shower had hot water only and no cold water. So it couldn't be adjusted at all. We had to turn it off while soaping and shampooing or we would have been burned. I told the person at the front desk about it the next morning. They knew of the problem in some rooms and were working on it. So why not warn people before they are burned. Another more minor problem was every time we flushed the water saver toilet, it sprayed dirty toilet water on the toilet seat and floor. Gross! Thankfully I bring Clorox wipes with me.”

“A fantastic experience very much worth it! The staff from booking to the frontdesk staff. I highly recommend it especially if your always on the road or just looking for somewhere comfortable for a night. The staff really shine from front desk to the maids always willing to assist or provide any amenities to help make the experience that much better. I truly take me hat off to the management and staff Thank you for the memories. If anything Location Location Location. Its down the street from the freeway to having cuisine litterly next door if ever in the neighborhood diffently book a night.”

“This morning I spoke to Lonnie at the front desk he was super helpful and detailed on what I had asked and answered all my questions,I was also informed that they do very super early check ins for travelers like myself when you really need a spot to stay ASAP of course it comes with the fee but very rarely have I ran into a hotel that does this I have to definitely give them 2 thumbs up for that 👍👍 more places should be like this for those of us on the go alot much appreciated bud thank you guys! Looking forward to staying 💯”

“Can't complain about the staff or location. Both were perfect for me. My only problems were with our reservation, which was the fault of a third party, and the breakfast buffet. The toast was stale, oj was more like slightly yellow water, and I didn't dare try anything else. All in all a good experience and pleasant staff that have been very accommodating.”

“Brought my 2 dogs and had no problems with walking them or the areas for dogs..so dog friendly..a few issues with the room but they fixed it as soon as they could get to it. Sink in bathroom leaked water from pipes all over carpet..bad stain on carpet by the door in the room. Because of my dogs they didn't clean my room as often as I would have liked, vacumming and such. I suspect cleaners were afraid of my dogs..a golden retriever and a cocker spaniel..I bring my kennels for this reason even though my dogs are friendly.”
