“The people here make this place a pleasure. We have had some family issues that have brought me and 2 other siblings down to this area several times over the last year and we have stayed here each time. The staff at the front desk are top notch! Kind, thoughtful, friendly with a good memory for faces and stories, it help us feel heard, seen and valued. Thank you so much! “The room was clean except for the hair that was still stuck on the shower walls. I love the fact that it had no carpet in the room. The linens were clean and over all it was a good stay and enjoyed my time. The breakfast was $15.99 if you decided to opt for points instead of credit. The breakfast was good and had no complaints. I did not use other amenities. It was an overall great stay that was quiet and comfortable. The entrance to the hotel area is weird since you have to drive in to a shared drive with different businesses.”

“The Residence Inn Palmdale was the right place at the right time. When we arrived after a car breakdown, Yanelly at the desk made us feel really welcome and put us in a great room! Similarly the manager Christian was fantastic, and the breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. If my travels ever land me in Palmdale again, I will be staying here!”

“Conveniently located near the freeway, the Hilton property is very warm and cozy. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and very practical. Comes with a microwave, dishwasher, sink, fridge/freezer (not mini)! Mugs, glasses, plates, and utensils. Does not have a stove, but non the less is great if you are traveling with food to reheat.They have a workout facility that is located at the entrance and a few laundry Machines and dryers. The heated pool has salt water, so it's really great for sore muscles. The breakfast was very good and not cold , and it was not served in those sharing dishes. The waffles are minis and the drink options and great. I recommend the bagel toppers!!!My only complaint was that We noticed that the building had been worked on its plumbing and the water in the shower did not heat up to a comfortable temperature. I'm not sure if that was a result of the plumbing being worked on or not.It's a great stay for just a stay cation or if you're passing through, and there are a ton of shopping malls and plazzaz within driving distance.”

“For a Hilton Garden, this place is nice. The breakfast is better than expected and the lobby is well laid out.The rooms are also very clean, nice TV, microwave, mini fridge and a tiny little freezer, which I was not expecting.I would rate this as an excellent hotel to stay for the area, behind only the Embassy Suites.”

“Daily in the office is amazing. I messed up my reservation and she was able to fix it for me. We come out here for work and this is where we always stay. The staff in the office and the ladies that work in housekeeping are always very friendly and helpful.”

“This Holiday Inn was a better stay then the Holiday Inn Express down the road (North). The rooms were clean and no issues with degraded room maintanence. The laundry room could use some upkeeping though. I did not use the bar/restaurant area. The rooms were quite and did get some good sleep.”

“The major problem I had with this Hotel is they charge you $12 a day for parking which you don't know till you get there. Seems very underhanded. The parking is a little lot that probably only holds maybe 50 cars tops! Housekeeping never knocked on my door either I also observed. If you want breakfast you'll pay for that as well. So the room "may seem like you're getting a deal" but that's because they'll make up for the rest in parking and if you want breakfast!”

“It is located in a quiet part of the industrial area. They have the managers special in the evening with free bites and beer and wine. They rotate the menu Monday thru Wednesday. The lounge area has a comfortable setting with a fireplace. Manny is very helpful and friendly ?.”

“This is definitely a MOTEL not a hotel. Our room looked nothing like the pictures they have online. The 'non-smoking' room reeked of cigarette smoke, the floors were sticky, and the towels had black streak marks on them. Literally had to go buy cleaning supplies just to feel slightly comfortable in this room. The sheets, pillow cases, and chair also had stains on them. The shower still had hair in it when we arrived. Overall not a comfortable stay, my suggestion is to find somewhere else.”
“Jule and Amy at the Fairfield helped me through one of the most difficult days of my life. My family, friends, and I laid my father to rest. When we arrived at the Fairfield, through the no fault of their own, all of the electricity was cut off. They could have easily told us they could not accommodate us. Instead, with flashlights and kindness escorted is to our room. I highly recommend if you are in the area check in with Amy and Julie at the Fairfield for a stress free, and restful stay.”
