Oh boy! Today was an experience. lol. Went in with a goal, and my family and I completed our Xmas shopping. However, I know it wouldn’t have been possible with the help from Genesis, Ezekiel, and Angie. They were amazing. Happy holidays!

Haven't been to a store in a while due to internet shopping. But going to JC Penney and seeing all the sales and being able to see and feel the actual product was something you can't do on the computer. It may take time going to the brick and mortar but was worth it. I'll be back for sure.

JCPenney is my favorite department store. So many deals it's unreal! And you can find them online and inside the store as well. Their customer service is wonderful. The atmosphere is inviting. I am so glad that I applied for their credit card because I prefer shopping there over all the other stores I used to go to.
