She's the best!”

“i first heard of Grace Bodyshapers a few years ago when i moved here, but never actually visited the store until earlier this year. I used to buy all my shapewear online, and am a fan of CYSM. At first, i was hesitant to go in person because i was unsure how id be welcomed, being Trans but its been the opposite of what i imagined (I always picture the worst scenarios) Ingrid is great! Welcoming, friendly, diligent and she can find the right shaper for you even if she doesn't have it at that moment, she expedited the CYSM 8016 for me i had it in less than two days! Faster than ordering it online! So far this year, i ve gotten 3 different CYSM shapers, the CYSM 455, CYSM 471, and the CYSM 8016. Tomorrow im picking up the CYSM 491 blk that just came out! I saw the ad, and texted her.. the next day, BAM! there it is! Great Store, lgbt friendly, as are the other shop owners in that mall!”

“Great sales right now at Old Navy. They don't charge for bags like H&M, so that's helpful. Lots of kids clothes for this summer! This is the weekend to stock up and look through their clearance section. Always a positive experience at Old Navy. Keep up the good work.”

“This was a lengthy process, but I'm pleased with the final outcome. Last Monday, I went to Windsor to see whether they had a coat in store that I had seen online.Unfortunately, the item was not available in this store, but the associate who working that day assisted me in placing an order and informed me that "If I don't like it after I got it, I may return it for a full refund." When my shipment arrived at my house, I was disappointed because the coat was lighter and longer than I had anticipated. So I went to the mall on Sunday to return it. However, I was told that I couldn't receive a refund and that the only options were store credit or an even exchange, and if I wanted a refund, I'd have to do it online. I was perplexed because I was told on Monday that if I didn't like it, I could get a complete refund. After leaving the store and doing some other shopping, I returned 30 minutes later to ask them again after glancing at their website. The same thing was said to me again. So I went home and tried to do what they instructed, and after 2 hours of stress, I discovered that I couldn't return for a refund through mail since the first associate printed out a receipt that I could only do an exchange with it. I then call Windsor, and Yesenia, the associate manager, answers the phone. When I explained what was wrong, she apologized profusely. She couldn't understand why no one was willing to assist me, but she promised she would. And she did. The next day, I returned and was offered a full refund for inconvenience. She and the store manager apologized once more, and I was given a discount card as well!”

“I had a great experience at Emma's Style getting my groom's suit! They have a fantastic selection and the prices are great too. My suit fit perfectly and was ready super fast. A big thanks to Nieves, who helped us out—she was awesome! I highly recommend them for your big day! Just for interest, they also offer other services we would definitely try in the future, such as prom dresses, first communion, and baptism outfits.”

“Whenever I am in this mall, I always come here to check what's new and on sale. I love to look at their displays, the style that is trending. This way, I get ideas and go look somewhere else where I can afford them without breaking my wallet. The store is impressive. Most of the time fully stocked, organized and no mess on the door.”

“I love shopping here but for some reason when I order online to ship to the store, this location wouldn't show. Glendale was the closest to the 93535 zip code. It's strange forsure considering I've bought things in the past while I was in store when they didn't have my size in stock and had them shipped to the stores location. ?”
