When the opened it was great. Now the service has deteriorated. The vacuums are broken and the ones that supposedly work don't suction well. Express line is not always open...Can we go back to the time when the quality of service was better.

The employees are truly incredible and so well informed after I got my wash I went to vacuum out my car and was greeted by Evelyn who made sure my wash went well and gave me some advice to make sure my car looked extra spiffy for my trip I was taking!

Everything is fine, the only thing is that at end there is not enough water to clean or wash the car
