“I was with someone that had never been to an Aldi's before. Took them through the instructions on how to obtain a cart and we were off! She was rather overwhelmed by the non conventional layout at first but she had a good time wandering the aisles. Loved unique products she found and was overall impressed by her experience.”
“I guess it's not good to go in the early morning. The Bimbo rep blocked the aisle completely. I was able to access it from going completely around to the next aisle. The store was clean. There was lots of stocking fresh items happening too.”

“This is our store. We live so close and have been going there since 2014. I love the store. The STORE. I know where everything thing is, the prices are good. But.......some of the cashiers are a bit lazy some are great. Some of the floor people are very rude, oh my gosh, complete with the sour looks when you dare to say excuse me (if they are standing in the way of something you want to quickly grab and not because they are restocking shelves) still some others are wonderful, nice, helpful, and friendly. So this little store has it all. Some wonderful some not so great. The good thing is the not so great workers do not seem to last long. I go several times a week and they usually have everything I need and if it was unusually horrible well I would not spend my money there, so it's not THAT bad. But they could be a little bit better. The woman that does the prepared food is exceptional and a great worker, the pharmacy and everyone there are also top notch One thing I cannot understand is why they have their workers restocking with all their equipment so that it makes it harder to get through the aisles and grab what we need, when there are more shoppers, shopping!?? I guess they can't give overtime or a swing shift, but those people could be a little more polite, I always try to avoid them but sometimes you just cant. Otherwise, its the best little market.”

Walmart just launched Realm, its new 3D online shopping platform. To help you visualize what that means, imagine a virtual mall packed with bright colors, wacky landscapes, and cartoon avatars wandering around. Realm lets you browse "digital doubles" of real Walmart products by navigating through several make-believe worlds. "We believe this is the future of commerce," said Justin Breton, who leads brand experiences at Walmart. "It won't replace our website or app, but will complement them."
Target's new low-cost brand Dealworthy is rolling out this month in stores and online. With items starting at under $1, it is aimed at budget-conscious shoppers. The low prices on basics like phone chargers, paper plates and underwear will likely appeal.
Walmart is growing the number of its physical stores across America. The retail giant announced plans to open 150 new U.S. stores over the next five years while remodeling 650 current locations. Popular Florida-based grocery chain Publix is venturing into uncharted territory - Kentucky. Come 2024, Publix will unveil its inaugural Bluegrass State locations, comprising six stores sprinkled between Louisville and Lexington.
