This Verizon store provides a great experience with super friendly and helpful workers. The sales people are very kind, knowledgeable, and take their time to show everything about new devices. They make switching services simple and take care of everything for customers. The staff is able to resolve issues quickly, even ones that other customer service could not. Many customers are very satisfied and highly recommend this store for all mobile phone needs. Some note they will drive out of their way to visit because of the excellent service, which is a key reason they stay with Verizon.

Mike is the greatest!! Totally knowledgeable about everything, very patient and able to make easy all the complicated log ons and apps and back and forth between business and personal accounts and soo much more… look for Mike!! He is DA MAN!!

Had a great experience with Kevin at this store. This was after visiting another Verizon store which didn't work out too well, calling Verizon directly which also didn't work out too well. Walked into this store and Kevin helped from start to finish with professionalism and a chill vibe. Thank you!
