Super rude staff. I came in for information and upgrade and the guy was talking to me like I was stupid. I also wanted TV service in which I did not even get a chance to talk about it because he was so condescending so I walked to Apple and got a completely different experience
Justin and Ryan were a big help to me. I was having issues with a SIM card activation, and they helped me to get it resolved much faster than I expected. Hats off to Justin and his team for taking care of me so quickly, and for their excellent customer service!
Worst customer service I've seen. Waited a half hour without being helped. When I asked if I could ask him a quick question, he said o but you can probably Google your questions. AT&T needs to step up their game at this store or hire some professional people.
