This is a nice place for ethnic Tibetan clothing. The place is super expensive though.

I so wish they sold on a website. This is a great shop, I purchased a tunic - polysilk - and the next day I went back for another color. Nice quality especially on the embroidery. I will go back next time I visit Palo Alto!
