“We completed the immigration medical exam here. The process is straightforward—you need to print the forms and bring proof of all required vaccinations. The doctor will draw blood, and you’ll return about a week later to pick up the results and sealed forms. The cost is $250 per person, payable by cash or check only. The doctor is very nice and even gives you a cute bandage after the blood test.”
“I arrived at 4:45 PM per scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, the lady served on the reception desk told me I had to reschedule. I wasted a hour for traffic and waiting . Interesting, she did not told me I could reschedule on the next day until I went out to look if Saturday was opened. However, the all Dr, his assistants treated me on the second appointment very well and effectively.”

“My husband and I have had to see various departments at PAMF this year.. We have been amazed at how good this organization has become. In each case we felt we not only got great medical care, we were cared about as people. Dr Ann Yan and her team are amazing. They called us 3 times over a weekend to make sure that we were getting care for an issue that arose on Friday afternoon.My husband's back went out after a long plane flight. The Urgent Care team dealt with the symptoms but, first, did all the testing needed to make sure that it was not a more serious issue such as thrombosis.In all cases, the doctors distinguish themselves by explaining the context of the situation and the options so that we can participate in the process intelligently. The nurses and scheduling staff are kind and helpful.”

“I have seen Dr Tam for years. I followed Dr Tam and Dr Howard from their previous practice. I've always felt in good hands with Dr. Tam. I've always felt very cared for. He is a compassionate man, and very well trained and educated. In fact, when my two sons aged out of their pediatrician I encourage them to establish a relationship with Dr. Tam I think that says it all... when a mother puts her children's care in the hands of a doctor it means something. My children are away at school but try to hold medical appointments until they are home or schedule telemedicine appointments. I also encouraged my fiancé to see Dr. Tam.”

Though I signed up for a quick, remote consult to authorize the prescription, I walked away with plan for my ongoing health. Dr. Tansuwan (Palo Alto) was excellent. She pointed out potential interactions between two medications I was already taking and some information my previous provider had not covered. She not only prescribed the medication I needed, but also discussed other specialist visits I would need to stay ahead of any side effects. She reviewed the plan with me during our remote visit. Shortly after my appointment, I was contacted by other specialists based on Dr. Tansuwan’s recommended plan. This is the kind of seamless, coordinated care I am looking for as I grow older.
