“I used to hate going to the doctor but this office has changed that. All the staff are very professional, and I had a great experience getting my blood drawn at their lab. I’m usually a difficult stick and was expecting to have the usual hard time but the tech did a great job and was done in 4 minutes, got it on the first try. Dr. Sally is extremely compassionate and helpful as well. Can’t recommend this office enough”

The doctor prescribed an antibiotic for my ear infection and it was at the pharmacy by the time I arrived home. By noon I was on my way to recovery from a painful ear ache. I'm a competitive equestrian who lives an extremely active lifestyle (training every day on the horse, in the gym 4-5x per week, walking 15-20k steps every day), so my body gets beat up. I go in biweekly for a massage and chiro adjustment, and it's helped me feel a lot better. Dr. Matt and his team are friendly, accommodating, and all-around wonderful!”

“My husband and I have had to see various departments at PAMF this year.. We have been amazed at how good this organization has become. In each case we felt we not only got great medical care, we were cared about as people. Dr Ann Yan and her team are amazing. They called us 3 times over a weekend to make sure that we were getting care for an issue that arose on Friday afternoon.My husband's back went out after a long plane flight. The Urgent Care team dealt with the symptoms but, first, did all the testing needed to make sure that it was not a more serious issue such as thrombosis.In all cases, the doctors distinguish themselves by explaining the context of the situation and the options so that we can participate in the process intelligently. The nurses and scheduling staff are kind and helpful.”

“So lets face it, even if healthy going to a hospital is no bueno. It can take time, its literally full of sick people, and can be expensive. We needed my son to be seen quickly before he left for school. Since our main PAMF location was booked we chose this one as it had appointment that day. It seems to be a newer location. Plenty of parking, helpful staff, and they got us in and out as quickly as possible. You cannot ask for more than that”
“Clean, attentive and quick care. I've been to this one medical a number of times and they've always been on time and all of the doctors and nurses have been kind of caring especially Doctor Fell. Highly recommended, though due to the popularity of the location, it can be somewhat hard to book an appointment.I am on a PPO plan though which caps my visit costs to a copay amount.”
“I have seen Dr Tam for years. I followed Dr Tam and Dr Howard from their previous practice. I've always felt in good hands with Dr. Tam. I've always felt very cared for. He is a compassionate man, and very well trained and educated. In fact, when my two sons aged out of their pediatrician I encourage them to establish a relationship with Dr. Tam I think that says it all... when a mother puts her children's care in the hands of a doctor it means something. My children are away at school but try to hold medical appointments until they are home or schedule telemedicine appointments. I also encouraged my fiancé to see Dr. Tam.”
