“The auto repair shop at this ARCO station is wonderful. I have used them several times to fix problems with my aging Audi TT roadster. The mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely capable. The customer service is the best, going above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and my needs, generously and respectfully. More than once, they fixed my problem immediately when I stopped in, and cheerfully. This place is a gem.”

“For a quick smog I can only say good things! After reading some of the negative reviews I was a little worried, but after being pleasantly greeted by the cashier who told me to wait for the mechanic (which only took a few minutes) I handed him my DMV renewal paper I received in the mail. He was extremely appreciative that I did as it saves them time and can expedite the process. I handed the mechanic my car key and he told me to come back in forty five minutes to an hour. It only took about twenty five before I received a phone call stating my car had been completed. I went back to the cashier side of the shop, paid with my phone and had a kind chat with the attendant about how I am new to the area and how he enjoyed growing up in this part of the Bay Area. If you need a quick no-nonsense smog, go to these guys! If you're worried about time they appreciate a quick call and weekdays are less busy.”

“Came by for a fill up the other day and it was a decent experience. Being on the corner of San Antonio & Middlefield, getting in an out of the petrol station was an easy task.Diesel was also offered for lorries.Pricing was slightly discounted when paying via cash.The fuel pumps were in great working order with payment at the pump along with receipt available from the payment island. Paper towels were available near the dust bin for wiping things down and/or checking oil levels.76 is Top Tier gas and they were cheapest petrol station in the area!There's also an ATM on-site along with snacks available for sale!”

“Have an older Honda minivan. Went to two other service centers plus a dealership. My issue was with the A/C. Worked on passenger side but not driver side. No one could fix the problem. Was quoted $2K from a dealership (that was just to begin looking at the issue). The folks at this station were able to fix it in one day for under $200. Incredibly professional. Super friendly.”
