Went in to buy some holiday gifts and the staff member was friendly. The shop is always so warm and welcoming. Love their wide variety of candles they have available.

Very nice clothes! The customer service is great again (it had dipped in quality for a while but it’s back). Clothes are def a bit overpriced for the amount of pilling you deal with. I have about 15 their sweaters so obviously there is waaay more positive about them than negative. But get a cashmere comb. Lol
