“I have been to see Todd several times to move along some broken pieces of sterling and gold. He is patient honest and takes quality time and answer questions, as I was a new person to sell precious metals. For example, I had an 18k white gold band inside a lot of sterling to be melted. He put it aside and mentioned it and verified the gold content. Today he verified metal content of a recent purchase for me, which was 0 % gold . He he is my go to place for Precious metals now ! “I can't believe I never stopped in before! It's a tiny blink-and-you-miss-it storefront, and inside it's packed to the gills with adorable gifts and goodies. I picked up some stationery, but you could also get a little RGB doll or some nifty inventive kitchenware.”

“As a new watch owner, I wanted my first purchase to be meaningful, and CH Premier in Palo Alto absolutely delivered.
David helped me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide through the process. I came in knowing what I liked aesthetically, but not fully understanding movements, GMT functions, long-term care, or how different brands compare. David broke everything down clearly without ever making me feel inexperienced.
What I appreciated most was how passionate and knowledgeable he is about watches at every level. Whether discussing entry-level pieces or high-end collectors’ watches, he spoke with the same depth and respect. It felt less like a sales interaction and more like a conversation with someone who truly loves horology.

“This review is for the exquisite service I received by Monica at the store today! I came in without an appointment to try on a couple of watches and was told there’s a ~45 min wait (expected) so I put my name down on the waitlist and continued browsing other stores. I got a text saying the SA was ready about 40 mins later, so I headed back to the store. I was greeted by Monica shortly after and she was wonderfully warm, courteous and kind. She wanted to get to know me and understand what my needs were, building a really positive experience that one expects with luxury shopping. She was so lovely! After a point it was like she could read my mind and understood exactly what I was looking for. She even gave me a tour of the jewelry collection and showed me a few signature Cartier pieces thereby giving me a wonderful introduction to the brand. While I didn’t buy anything today, I loved the service I received here and will be returning when I am ready to buy my Cartier watch.”

She will take the time to build a wish list with you in order to achieve the watch of your dreams! Just please don't ask for a Panda.. as I've been waiting patiently. ;)”
