I visited the Bank of America on Lytton Avenue and spoke to Thanh and she was very rude and didn't want to help me at all. Whatever you do stay away from this bank!!! Manager is not helpful at all, his name is Sam! Complete waste of time!!!

Manager Rodolfo is stunningly unresponsive and blasé about his business. Asked for an update about a time-sensitive matter, he finally wrote back after 3 unanswered emails that he'll let me know when he does have an update. Really? Should I check back in a year or two?
