I was recently contacted by Ms. Cherry Aung Sann about my 6-month certificate, and she wanted to help me decide how I would go about renewing my certificate. After sharing my predicaments and the possibility of needing certain amounts of money in the near future, we came to a good compromise with how much money to have in a certificate, how much to have in liquid savings, etc. She was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process, not only explaining everything pretty well, but also asking how I was doing concerning recent positive events. Throughout the years, I have also gotten to know Mr. Amjad Marri, who was a great help in setting up the initial 6-month certificate, as well as helping the family with gathering money for traveling among other things. Both Mr. Amjad Marri and Ms. Cherry Aung Sann are great to work with, and I'm happy to continue having First Tech as my main credit union.”

“Fast, thorough, detail oriented and accurate. My experience with the Stanford Credit Union folks could not have been better.
Last week stopped by their main office at Embarcadero Road in Palo Alto to open an account and apply for vehicle financing. Martha helped us with onboarding. She knows what's needed and got me taken care of quickly. Mo took over the vehicle finance and she did an amazing job as well. “Swooped and guided by Ms. Anju Nigam, the branch manager, I was welcomed to the office to help me understand the latest rates for longterm deposits. Though most transactions can be managed at the ATM or online, there is a continued need for human judgment and personal clarification of the "small font" details that impact, deposits, withdrawals and penalties. Most importantly, especially in these uncertain financial times, one needs guidance to plan emergency access with least hassle and cost. Ms. Nigam was patient, cool, collected, low-key and carried a conversation discreetly and preserving the "sanctity" of our conversations. Best of all, in offering personalized service, she helped us bon as we chatted about our grandchildren. Thank you!”

“great new addition to marsh manor shopping center! i'm at this shopping center 2-3 (sometimes 4) times a week to practise yoga, and this branch is just a few doors down, super convenient if i need to grab some cash or speak to a rep since this is a full-service banking center. they've been open for 3 weeks, but their grand opening was yesterday, may 14, 2018. i stopped in to take care of a few things, and was assisted by 3 different team members who were friendly, courteous and only too eager to assist. everyone there seemed quite happy to be in this new location...heck, i would be too if everything was sparkling and brand-spanking new! parking can be a tad tricky depending on the hour of the day...in the morning, there's usually plenty of parking, but later in the day, be prepared to circle or possibly park on the street since this shopping center gets pretty full in the late afternoon/evening.”

Paul is consistently very professional and resourceful and he always considers what's in my best interest and the best interest of my family. “This review is based on the excellent service I received today from Elva Lee at the Palo Alto Citibank Branch. Recently, I visited the San Carlos location to have my checking account changed (I won't get into the specifics) but was told by the Branch Manager Sonny Kastilani that it could not be done without closing my account. It wasn't necessarily what he said but the condescending tone and smirk he had the whole time he was talking to me. He was extremely disrespectful and rude. I don't know how Citibank tolerates this behavior from any of their employees, let alone a person in charge who should be setting an example of how to treat customers. Elva took the time to look into my account - an account I've had with the bank dating back the 80s when it was opened with a now non-existent bank that was purchased by Citibank. She even called someone to find out exactly what could be done. The bottom line is she took the time to help me, got what I needed done, and is an extremely pleasant person. I was prepared to change banks after the service I received in San Carlos, but Elva changed my mind. She is a real asset to Citibank!”
