“In my experience, this (Palo Alto Page Mill Road) Kelly-Moore store is exceptional. Robert is outstanding with his help, knowledge, patience, and time. He listens, anticipates issues, helps avoid unintended consequences, patiently explains paint and alternatives and options, and goes out of his way to resolve the situation and/or project. I am not a knowledgeable painter/contractor; I am a consumer with a lot of questions and for whom paint projects are a challenge. Gerardo and Paul, working with Robert at this store, have also always been helpful, courteous and efficient. For various paint projects and paint, I have had to contact and visit a few different Kelly-Moore stores, and Robert, Gerardo and Paul at the Page Mill Road store have always provided excellent service.”

“I'm an artist. I painted a mural in downtown Sunnyvale. Someone sprayed graffiti on the artwork. :-( The person at this Kelly Moore Sunnyvale store helped me get a graffiti paint removal spray that worked like magic! He set the product aside for me after our phone call, and had it ready for me to pick up. He gave me instructions on how to use the product. He said that I had to spray on a rag and not directly on the mural. It worked perfectly, and the graffiti is 100% removed now. I wish I got his name. The receipt says his name is KM. I was heartbroken when I first saw the graffiti. Thank you so much for saving the artwork, KM!”

“These guys are great when it comes to mixing Touch-Up Bottles or full cans if you need it. I've been going to these guys for years and have never had a problem with the product or their service. You might have to wait if you come in to order the color you want mixed because there are a ton of shops who go through these guys so they are mixing paint throughout the day. It's best if you know the Paint Code and ask if they can mix it.”

“Things are in stock here. El Camino store never has stock. The yellow caulking gun is cheaper than amazon and the 5 dollar drywall mixer you stick on a drill is cheaper than harbor freight and amazon. Home Depot never has it in stock at 2x the price”
