“Not that hard to find. You just have to park across the street in lot 6. Just look for the sign VA Hospital Station, United States Post Office. The woman inside was actually quite friendly!”
“There is a mini post office at the Palo Alto VA Medical Center and this is the closest USPS. Plenty of parking on the street and there is a two-story parking right next door”

The staff patiently shares their expertise, from helping us navigate customs forms to answering all our shipping questions. We appreciate their kindness, patience, and sense of humor. We’ve also watched them treat even the crustiest customers with remarkable courtesy and respect, which they deserve an award for. People can be ridiculously rude and impatient.
