And the Palo Alto branch in particular has been extremely helpful with the Self-Service large format, printers, and any other printing services. Yesterday there was an incorrect printing of a document on both sides of the page on high quality paper - So I came back today to reprint, and they not only reprinted the 10-page document, but they also printed 5 other pages/docs for free to make up for my 2nd trip. “I’ve been renting a mailbox here since May 2021, It’s important to me knowing my mail and packages are safe from theft, and having 24/7 access to my mailbox is great. After hours the door is locked but if you rent a mailbox there, you get a door key.
Town & Country parking lot is a big headache at times, but I’ve always felt safe coming here. That is important to me.
The same team has been working here since I first rented my mailbox, and that kind of consistency is rare.I think that says a lot of good things about this store and the people working there.
I get my mail several times a week, and it’s always clean and well-staffed. The store has many convenient services and people are treated kind and helped quickly. They know what they’re doing. I’ve been to other ups locations/post offices and I’m glad

“This company has the best, easiest to use automation software I’ve found. I used a couple others and they were not so automated. With teapplix I can print hundreds of labels per day in about 30 minutes where competitors I’ve used it would have still taken me all day. Customer service is pretty good over all. It’s occasionally hard to get someone on the phone but more than not you will get someone on the first call. I have been using this service for about 7 years now and have no desire to ever change. I’ll be with teapplix for many more years to come.”

“There is a mini post office at the Palo Alto VA Medical Center and this is the closest USPS. Plenty of parking on the street and there is a two-story parking right next door”
