“I used their services years ago and realized I never left a review.

They were extremely quick, organized, and had great communication. All the furniture pieces were well wrapped at record speeds. One of our dressers had a wobbly leg and they pulled us over to confirm the state before they moved, so they wouldn't be held accountable. Most of our boxes were labeled with rooms and got moved accordingly with no hassle. Anything else, they made sure to double check where and whether it should be moved.

Our destination was a third floor unit with no elevators and we had a hefty furniture piece or two that they maneuvered through the stairs with little more than a few seconds break despite the clear struggle. There were a few scratches on the walls of the staircase at the bends, but nothing major and none of the furniture was damaged.

Unfortunately, I am unable to utilize their services this time around due to them being unable to assist with disconnecting/reconnecting appliances, but their representatives were very responsive and polite.”

“This is a good public storage with great service. It is clean and well maintained. Karen was the store manager when we were there. She provided thoughtful guides and was very helpful answering our questions. There was a small accident — we got trapped in the elevator for an hour (and for this I deduct one star). Good thing is it was easy to contact people for help. The elevator emergency call system worked well. Karen also responded quickly and kept checking with us to make sure we were doing well (that was very appreciated!!) Bad thing is maintenance came a bit late and it felt like forever… maybe because it was Sunday late afternoon.”
