Stanford West offers a friendly, family environment in a well-kept and clean apartment complex with a nature and town feeling. The amenities are great, and the facilities are wonderful. The staff is consistently described as amazing, friendly, helpful, and highly professional. The maintenance team is exceptionally responsive, fast, kind, and professional, with repair requests answered with lightning speed. The leasing process and office responsiveness, however, have received mixed feedback, with some noting that upgrade requests go unprocessed and that management turnover can cause some processes or wait lists to be disrupted. The location is close to Menlo Park, the Stanford shopping centre, and is meters from the hospital. It is an animal-friendly community.
