They diligently makes efforts to keep the building nice and clean, and I really appreciate it. It is an old building, so it requires a lot of repair/maintenance work, but they pretty much attend to it everyday. The units are spacious with a plenty of storage space, and countertops, floors, fixtures, etc are upgraded. I also like the mid century style.”

“I have loved living at the Palomino. The building is great and the staff is so responsive and attentive, particularly Tony Watson, the property manager, and Martin, the building supervisor. Martin is always quick to handle any issues I have with my unit. And throughout the process of finding the apartment, applying for the apartment, moving in and living in the apartment, Tony has been there every step of the way. He was and is so responsive to every question, email and text—even on his days off! He made a stressful process absolutely stress-free. I especially appreciated how he organized building-wide social events for the residents to get to know one another. Everyone in the building is so friendly, and Tony seems to be friends with them all. He is an outstanding representative of the Palomino and I am grateful for our interactions with Tony.”
