We had a great experience. Our instructor, Chef Katherine, was very knowledgeable. She explained everything in a fun and informative manner. (Our course was: Pan Roasted Steak with Pan Jus; Frites with Garlic Truffle Aioli; Winter Greens with Mustard and Shallot Vinaigrette; and Molten Chocolate Cake.)
