“The office staff are more then willing to help, couple areas in the unit drew attention to the attendant, he went to the office to get cleaning product to try to rectify the discoloration. They business is top notch.”
“Excellent service and communications. Our “stuff “ was stored for 5 1/2 months. When delivered everything was clean and undamaged. The movers are calm and accommodating. I would give 10 stars, if I could.”

“Absolutely, the best! I did a lot of homework before I selected Hemsted's. They were awesome. Professional, on time, and overall made us feel so comfortable with our out of state move. Sam, our driver, is the best. His crew of Arnie, Wade and Scott, not to mention Reggie and Zig at our destination were all so great. I cannot say enough about how great they were. Great communication every step of the way. They did exactly what they said they would do and everything arrived in great condition. They made this transition for us very easy and stress free. Look nowhere else, these guys are the best. And thank you, Sam, for taking special care of some of our special glassware. You are the best! “I love this place. Had trouble finding a truck available when we needed to rent. This place came through for about $200 cheaper then we were quoted. Same size van same everything just this place didn't gouge us on the mileage. I told the managers I would tell anybody that would listen about this U-Haul Rental treated us right for an exceptional fair price. I'm glad to meet some nice people they are very welcoming. And animal lovers.”

“This location employees are good. They go out of their way to help you. My husband and I drove cross country from south dakota to Cali and had our truck break down on us in Wyoming. The south dakota team didn't have a truck for us despite us reserving 2 months in advance. South dakota gave us a last minute truck and almost forgot to put Def in it. The turbo hose had a whole in it and my husband broke down on a hill in Wyoming, in the middle of nowhere. We had to call for assisatnce 4 times before we had help, the mechanic finally arrived and was able to cut the hose. We explained everything to Miranda at andserson location where we dropped off the truck and she showed great care. She worked with her supervisor and they plan to get us a discount as we paid thousands of dollars for this move including having to book another hotel room due to the truck not driving correctly. My husband needed assistance with the car carrier to unload ect. And James that works at this location was very prompt and helped us get the job done. Thank you Anderson Penske crew! You make a huge difference, you helped calm the storm!”
