“Tina at Avalon was absolutely wonderful. I’m handling a probate matter from two states away and needed to arrange storage for personal belongings on fairly short notice. There were a lot of moving pieces, and Tina made the whole thing so much easier than I expected.
She was kind, patient, incredibly helpful, and took the time to work through the logistics with me so everything could be handled smoothly even though I couldn’t be there in person. I never felt like I was just another customer or that I was inconveniencing her with questions.
This was one of those situations where having the right person on the other end of the phone made a stressful task feel manageable. I’m genuinely grateful for Tina and how much care she put into helping me get everything arranged.”

“Recently, I rented two storage spaces at AJ Mini Storage—one indoor storage unit and another space for my RV. AJ Mini Storage wasn’t the first place I contacted while looking for storage, but it quickly became my top choice.
The first storage facility I contacted was on South Market. I was told I could stop by and take a look, but when I arrived, there was no one in the office. I waited for a while and eventually left.
Next, I contacted a facility on Hartnell. I spoke with a lady who explained that they had two storage locations on that street, but she was unable to come over to the location I was interested in because their staff was at the other facility. She asked me to come back another day.
Then I called AJ Mini Storage and spoke with the site manager, who I believe was named Tom. The customer service is what really sold me on this place. He was friendly, took the time to answer all of my questions, and was more than happy to show me the spaces I was interested in.
The facility was clean, well-maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. Based on my experience so far, I’m very happy with my decision to choose AJ Mini Storage.”

“Called and got quote with honest rate. Company is local , friendly, and professional. I was able to go to Anderson, which was a lot closer than the other companies and have a look at the containers themselves. The address was 2101 Barney St. in Anderson. The container was an excellent condition. I called around eight different company. Only two of them were local w/ decent and great Quality product. About the same price w/ NorCal Container but they were farther away.”
