“We were so pleased with our experience at Avalon Storage in Redding, CA. The price is incredibly reasonable for the size unit we had, and the whole facility is spotless. You can tell they take great pride in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get in and out whenever we need to and hop on and off the freeway.
A special shoutout to Tina and Teresa, who were both absolutely wonderful! They were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish; they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore!

“Very happy about this place. Was able to book a unit online for my mother and then the manager called the next day to introduce herself. I like that it has cameras all around the property and a gate that you have to be a renter to enter. I was a little nervous because they were the least expensive in the area but property is clean and well maintained. Couldn’t be happier.”
